| Fill in booth application form; authorized signature, and company stamp required |
| Step 3: Submission |
| Fax the copy to Organizer first and mail the original application form to Organizer |
| Step 4: Deposit payment, confirmation of admission of space |
| Organizer issue the invoice after receipt the booth application form; |
| Arrange the payment before the date indicated in the invoice |
| Step 5: Booth allocation |
| Organizer allocate stand after receipt the deposit |
| Step 6: Booth confirmation letter |
| Organizer send booth confirmation letter and exhibitor service manual |
