As a member of the drupa world family, All in Print China 2014 held its acknowledge reception at the CCD Süd, Düsseldorf, Germany, in the afternoon on May 4th, 2012, right during durpa 2012. More than 40 representatives from the printing trade media, international associations, and agents, as well as over 20 exhibitor guests attended the reception. Mr. Hans Werner Reinhard, Deputy Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, the organizer of drupa, delivered a welcome speech with a positive appraisal to the outcome of All in Print China 2011. Ms. Jiang Nan, Executive Vice Secretary-General of the Printing Technology Association of China, and Ms. Chen Yan, President of China Academy of Printing Technology, introduced marketing situation of China printing industry, sharing some newly updated industry data with the guests. Dr. Markus Heering, General Manager of VDMA Printing and Paper Technology, then presented the latest statistics of European printing industry, which grabbed great attention of international exhibitors and industry media. The reception was moderated by Mr. Axel Bartkus, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Dates for All in Print China 2014 have now been set: 14 to 17 November 2014 will see the fair held in Shanghai for the 5th time. With the new theme of "New Technology, New Application, New Business Opportunities", the exhibition is expected to cover 80,000 m², attracting more visits of industry professionals. With the fast development of digital technology, the integration of "digital printing" and "traditional printing", and the continuous improving of printing process, today's printing industry has not only introduced many new products and innovations to the market, but also brought about new business mode and industry direction. Meanwhile, the opportunities in digital printing, packaging printing and functional printing will also further motivated the application and promotion of new technology.
