It serves as a high-efficiency specialized device for saddle-stitching various printed products—such as illustrated albums, periodicals, and magazines—using wire staples. Beyond its high-speed operation, stable performance, and user-friendly adjustments, the line features an expanded binding size range. The entire stitching process is controlled via computer systems and sensors, which monitor signatures in real time. It automatically detects defects including missing signatures, missing staples, double feeds, and misaligned signatures, tracks and displays these errors, and performs automatic sorting. This ensures a high degree of automation throughout the production cycle.
