The new CRON 46Hn in 2022 has a new appearance, carries the full automated design concept of the H series, and upgrades with the standard 100-sheet automatic plate loading system. Combined with automatic slip paper handling function; integrates automatic plate feeding (with automatic paper removal), laser imaging (with dust removal and deodorization), and online punching set(max.up to 5 sets of molds), integration with efficient and intelligent handling that saving space and manpower cost, greatly improving the productivity of plate making.

Configured with the advanced CRON laser optical system, CRON HDI reliably provides accurate high definition prints. Its easy operation, image performance, and stability. Neither air valves nor plastic sheet is needed to seal vacuum holes when using CRON patented leak-proof drum vacuum system.This design also eliminates the need for operators to secure the plates with tape. Its unique yet simple design allows minimum handling of the plate material, minimizing waste without any compromise in quality.

EZC solve the global common problem that the printing ink volume is difficult to be stable, uniform and accurately controlled.

Product introduction:

EZC replaces the ink key on the traditional printing press with a high-precision micro metering ink pump to achieve continuous ink supply by sheet, so as to solve the global common problem that the printing ink volume is difficult to be stable, uniform and accurately controlled. EZC calculates the ink volume required by the printing image in each ink channel through the patented algorithm and drives the EZC digital ink pump assembly directly and accurately discharge the ink to the corresponding ink roller of the printer, replaces the traditional ink transmission roller transfer the ink to obtain high-quality prints with accurate and consistent color.
