Product introduction:

This machine adopts full servo drive, with ten sets of servo motors independently controlling key actions such as main shaft movement, bottom paper feeding, cup body delivery, and hot air device movement, ensuring precise synchronization across all stages. Side sealing employs a combined ceramic hot air and ultrasonic dual sealing technology, while bottom sealing uses ceramic hot air; the combination guarantees sealing strength and cleanliness even at high speeds (up to 200 pcs/min). Equipped with a 10-inch intelligent touch screen and PLC control system, operation is convenient and parameter adjustments are flexible. Systems such as automatic counting and stacking, full oil lubrication, vacuum suction feeding, and speed reducer-controlled cup blank feeding work together to significantly enhance overall machine stability. Meanwhile, the automatic silicone oil circulation system optimizes bottom folding performance. The machine is compatible with both single-PE and double-PE coated paper, and the bottom paper servo pre-feeding system achieves zero wastage, enabling efficient production.

Product introduction:

The MB-980 automatic die cutting machine is our latest model, specially designed for paper cup or printing factories. One machine can meet the die‑cutting demand for up to 15 paper cup forming machines. It is PLC controlled, with servo paper feeding, and can cut either by following color marks or by preset cutting length, suitable for both printed and unprinted paper rolls. The pneumatic lock plate system allows quick die changes with accuracy of ±0.10mm, greatly reducing labor intensity. Equipped with sensors and a web guide system for precise cutting. Automatic lubrication system makes maintenance easy; paper feeding and retreating are controlled by the same motor and button for smooth feeding and neat stacking. Built-in overload protection ensures safe operation; key components are imported for long-term stability. Additionally, a dust-proof device keeps the oil tank clean; automatic pressure adjustment simplifies operation; copper tile automatic temperature control will shut down the machine if the preset temperature is exceeded, ensuring overall durability.
