Ruian Jundingda Machinery Co., Ltd. was registered and founded in 2011 as a technology-oriented enterprise integrating independent research, development and production of hot melt adhesive machines, foaming hot melt equipment, filter processing machinery as well as spraying & lamination composite equipment. Equipped with self-owned modern standardized production workshop, the company currently employs around 30 professional staff members, achieving an annual production output value exceeding 35 million Chinese Yuan after years of steady operational development. With abundant practical experience accumulated from long-term industry exploration, our full range of hot melt machinery has gained extensive application across diversified downstream industries, including medical protective supplies, household appliances, home textile, automotive manufacturing, hot melt coating, commodity packaging, non-woven fabric lamination, disposable hygiene articles, auto filter elements, fresh air systems and air purifier production. Our finished equipment has been exported worldwide to Southeast Asia, India, Russia, European and American countries, delivering optimized gluing solutions that effectively reduce clients’ energy consumption and elevate the overall performance of their adhesive spraying processes. In 2021, we accomplished the independent forward development and domestication of China’s first set of home-grown foaming hot melt adhesive machine together with matched foaming gluing production line. On average, we complete and deliver 20 complete foaming gluing systems to global market annually. This mature foaming hot melt technology has been successfully promoted and widely adopted in air conditioner, refrigerator, filter component, new energy lithium battery, soft upholstered furniture and automobile industries. Sticking to our core business philosophy of exploring market via technological innovation and sustaining long-term development with superior product quality, our R&D team keeps continuous technical iteration and industrial learning. Based on persistent innovation achievements, we have successfully launched XD-Z intelligent series hot melt adhesive machines, full-range foaming hot melt equipment, reverse suction coating scraper guns, zero-leak dispensing guns and micro-fiber specialized spray guns.
