High-Capacity, Ultra-Stable Feeding System
Engineered for reliable hands-free operation, the SF-350Air features a premium feeding system optimized to handle cardstock, vinyl labels, and challenging laminated sheets with industry-leading consistency. The automatic feeder supports a maximum load of 600 sheets and adjusts height automatically to match production demands. To eliminate sheet curling issues, the unit integrates a smart air blade separation system: targeted bursts of air loosen the top sheet stack right before the vacuum belt picks up media. Any unseparated sheets are further sorted by precision separation fingers, effectively eliminating double-feeds. Before media enters the cutting zone, the vacuum belt performs a subtle jog against the rear stop to form a gentle sheet curve, ensuring smooth, faultless feeding even for problematic media types.
Dual-Tool Performance with Precise Digital Control
The SF-350Air’s digital cutting head delivers independent pressure control of up to 750gf for both cutting and creasing tools, fully adjustable through the bundled Sunfung Pro software. Consistent with the entire Sunfung equipment lineup, the machine enables precise customization of operating pressure and processing speed. Users gain full digital command over cutting, creasing, and perforation paths for all vector-based artwork, delivering uniform, high-precision finishing results for every job.
User-Friendly Automatic Job Retrieval System
During job setup, Sunfung AIDcut software automatically generates editable QR codes for every design and saves the corresponding cutting files to the built-in job library for future use. Pre-registered QR-coded jobs can be processed anytime by any operator without manual file searching or professional software skills. The SF-350Air instantly scans sheet QR codes, retrieves matching cut parameters, and executes accurate cutting and creasing tasks automatically.
Equipped with high-sensitivity CCD sensor, the system reliably identifies white QR codes and SmartMarks even on dark-colored media, ensuring stable recognition and consistent finishing across diverse print materials.
AIDcut Software
The AIDcut software significantly boosts overall production efficiency. The package includes authorized licenses for two additional user seats, as well as a template maker tool with abundant pre-built job templates to simplify and accelerate job creation.
