This machine is suitable for labeling on the surface of cans, tea tins, candy tins, wine tins, packaging tins and other containers. It applies glue quickly and evenly, featuring high automation, simple operation and high efficiency.

Product introduction:

1. This machine adopts hot-melt glue to stick paper labels (laminated or without laminated) on circular containers such as wall calendar cans, tea cans, paper tubes, plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc. 2. Hot-melt glue can be cooled rapidly, and labels can be stuck seamlessly to match can body well, which can process next steps immediately. 3. PLC control with feeding specification setting, imported clutch and rubber roller makes label feeding stably. 4. With automatic temperature control, the glue temperature can be accurately kept to the preset value, the advanced heating plate with double layer heat insulation design saves 50% electric. 5. Gluing thickness has been set before delivery of machine, it is easy and accurate to adjust gluing thickness, which saves the hot-melt glue consumption. 6. Two gluing adding function (main glue tank and side glue tank) ensures more convenient using. 7. With the falling guideway, after labeling, the product can be slided down automatically.

ZFM series pre-coated glue automatic thermal laminating machine is professional equipment for laminating plastic film on printed paper surfaces. It upgrades the grade of printed products and provides dustproof, waterproof and oilproof protection.

Product introduction:

The machine features professional industrial appearance design with spray coating, practical and elegant. High-quality pneumatic paper feeder ensures stable and fast paper feeding. Automatic thermal laminating unit; the overlapping device is controlled by side pull gauge and servo motor to guarantee high precision. The hot press roller (320mm diameter for 760 model, 380mm diameter for 1100 model) adopts electromagnetic heating system with even temperature, high efficiency and energy saving, meeting high-standard laminating demands. Automatic slitting with round cutter for OPP & BOPP film, equipped with tension controller and anti-bounce function to keep paper flat during unwinding. Automatic paper collector is equipped.
