From collation to finished product in one seamless process, designed specifically for high-volume binding and trimming of small-sized, heavy-weight, high-quality prints, making large-scale high-quality binding effortless.

Product introduction:

  This system employs a double-tower suction Collator (HA606 + HA610) in combination with a Booklet Maker (DFS382S), a Top-Bottom Trimmer (DR35S), and a Front-Edge Trimmer (TR33S). The suction design ensures that the printed surface remains undamaged. The double-tower linked operation can handle more sheets, meeting the requirements for binding of multi-page books. The single machine's binding speed reaches 6,000 copies per hour, with an error rate of only one in ten thousand. When linked operation encounters double sheets, paper jams, etc., it does not stop automatically and automatically disposes of the waste, achieving efficient non-stop production. Combined with the binding machine (with a binding cost of less than two cents), the side and top trimming machine, and the front edge trimming machine, the cutting accuracy is ≤ 0.5mm, and the spine cutting is without any breaks. Through the seamless connection of the suction inclined bridge and the suction double-tower bridge, from binding to the finished product, it is all accomplished in one go. In the post-printing market with increasing demands for small size and high quality, it achieves high precision, low cost, and high stability, making large-scale binding no longer a problem.

An intelligent, high-speed, stable paper feeding-binding-folding-cutting line automates the entire process from paper feeding to final product, offering a one-stop post-press solution for digital printers.

Product introduction:

High-Speed Digital Feeding: Air suction design prevents scratching on printed surfaces. Fully automatic feeding of inner pages with cover, achieving a speed of up to 36,000 sheets per hour for A4 paper. Dual detection system—ultrasonic sensing plus black block recognition—eliminates issues such as double feeding and missing pages. Buffer tray: Efficiently stacks paper and automatically ejects misfed sheets, allowing paper reuse. Perfecting folder: Three-sided alignment ensures precise sheet positioning. Input size adjusts automatically. Finished product dimensions (perfect binding): Maximum 245×340 mm, minimum 73×120 mm Speed: Up to 3,000 copies per hour for both A3 (1 cover + 7 inner sheets) and A4 (1 cover + 11 inner sheets) Paper thickness: 65–250 g/m² Maximum stack height: Cover 200 mm / Inner sheets 600 mm / Buffer tray 25 sheets

This system feeds offset paper inner pages through Friction Collator, pairs them with high-weight covers provided by the Cover Feeder Collator. The system integratesinner pages Collating,Cover Collating , binding, folding, and trimming. It completes the binding and trimming process in one step.

Product introduction:

This system adopts the friction feeding technology, specifically designed for the mixed binding scenario of coated paper covers and offset paper inner pages, ensuring smooth paper feeding and precise matching for high-gloss covers and inner pages. The entire machine integrates five processes: pages Collating,Cover Collating , binding, folding, and trimming. It completes the binding and trimming process in one step. The production speed is stable at 3000 copies per hour, and the page assembly unit can reach up to 5000 copies per hour,easily handling large-volume orders. The entire machine is equipped with intelligent interconnection detection. When encountering double sheets, paper shortage, or feeding failure, it will automatically stop and alarm, preventing incorrect books from being produced at the source. In the current post-printing pursuit of efficiency and zero defects, this system, with its powerful paper adaptability, line-based production, and intelligent error prevention, makes page assembly and binding truly convenient,reliable and error-free.

In a production environment with limited post-printing space but diverse demands, this system, with its capabilities of being used in three ways, automatically adjusting sizes, and precisely folding and cutting, makes post-printing work more efficient.

Product introduction:

This system consists of three core machines—the MS7 Booklet Maker, DR5Top-Bottom Trimmer,and R2+Front-Edge Trimmer—forming an integrated solution for stapling,folding,and trimming. It supports saddle stitching, A4 flat stitching, and only folding without stitching. The maximum paper size for saddle stitching is 490×340mm, and the minimum is 210×145mm. After cutting the finished product, the minimum size can reach 85×120mm. The paper thickness supports 55-350g/m². The folding distance is fully automatically adjusted; the cutting accuracy is ≤0.5mm, and the bleeding can be freely adjusted. The production speed is 2600 copies per hour for saddle stitching and 3000 copies per hour for flat stitching. In production environments with limited post-printing space but diverse demands, this system's unique capabilities of being multi-functional in one machine, automatic machine adjustment, and precise cutting make binding more space-saving, labor-saving, and time-saving for machine adjustment.
