New Countamat is a high quality durable counter material that offers cleaner cutting, longevity and antistatic properties.  The improvements include better dimensional stability, less tendency to bend or curl and a longer life span.  Supplied as 1070 x 1040 mm sheets, in 0.3mm and 2.0 mm heights, Countamat material consists of a two layer fine woven glass cloth. The dense cloth weave insures durability on press and clean channel cutting, whilst also helping to extend the life of the tool.

Specifically developed by C&T, it is ideal for cleaner routing and long run durability. Countamat is available with, or without, C&T’s easy peel adhesive backing. This improved grade is already a tried and trusted product with a number of die makers and customers ranging from pharmaceutical, food and beverage, tobacco and cosmetic packaging users.
