Two bin booklet system：DCF33+SF33+T33 TWO BIN FEEDER WITH CREASE/PERF MODULE，The DCF33 has two bins to feed from. The upper bin for feeding heavier stock booklet covers can be equipped with creasing/cross perforating, linear perforating and linear partial perforating that allow up to 32 creases/cross perforations and up to 4 partial linear perforations. There are endless possible combinations of finishes available. END MARK DETECTION，The standard mark reader reads marks on each page that tells the system which is the first and last page of a booklet. Together with the ultrasonic double detector it checks each page to ensure that there is no waste so that profit is maximized. BARCODE READER，The optional barcode reader gives users the highest level of automation possible. The barcode reading system reads the barcodes printed on the pages so that multiple jobs can be loaded in the feeder one on top of another. The system will match the cover sheets to the inside sheets and process one job after another with no manual intervention. This is very useful for the POD market. FACE TRIMMER: Booklets from the wire stitch folder will be delivered into the face trimmer (T33). A heavy duty cutter will perform the face trim and leaves the booklet with smooth edges. The waste cut strips are delivered to the outside of the machine by conveyor. There is no need to stop the machine to clear the waste.
