Shine LED exposure is designed to replace traditional fluorescent exposure. Shine LED utilizes UVA light to ensure stable, consistent and precise exposure of photopolymer plates throughout the lifespan of the lamps, which is almost 6x the life of traditional fluorescent lamps. Shine LED exposure supports efficient back and main exposure. It can be customized with additional features such as UVC exposure (for light finishing) and integrated drying sections. With an intuitive HMI touch panel, users can easily configure and optimize exposure settings to suit specific plate requirements.
