Megabound Twin-Head Case Corner Rounding Machine is a robustly built equipment used to finish round-cornered hard cases of Diaries, Notebooks , books and so on. The finished hard cases (squarely pointed) are inserted manually into the corer rounding station. In just two passages the machinery completes the precise rounding of the sides of the 4 corners. The machine has inbuilt heating system while doing the pneumatic pressing because of which the hot melt glue remelts in order to offer the perfect corner-round finishing. Corner pressure time is adjustable and can be fixed as per the requirement.
