Tonight, Super Blue Blood Moon and “All in Print China Red” Add Radiance to Each Other!

On January 31, 2018, the Client Appreciation Event (Sprinting Festival Gala Dinner – Beijing) of the 7th All in Print China was held in the Xinhua 1949 Cultural and Creative Industry Park. The natural wonder of the super blue blood moon just happened on the night. Against the background of the super moon, the “All in Print China Red” at the gala dinner was more brilliant!

Representatives of the organizers and well-known domestic and international exhibitors attended the event. Representatives of the organizers included Ms. WANG Yanbin - President, Mr. WU Wenxiang - Honorary President and Mr. CHEN Yingxin - Secretary-General of The Printing Technology Association of China, Mr. CHU Tingliang, Executive Vice President of The Printing Technology Association of China and President of China Academy of Printing Technology, Ms. CHANG Xiaoxia - General Manager and Mr. LI Xin - Deputy General Manager of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd., Mr. Axel Bartkus - General Manager and Ms. Evian Gu - Project Director of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The exhibitors included HP, Koenig & Bauer, OKI, LUSTER, HengYin Machinery, Ai Si Man, Easy Printing, ZTEC, Hengmei Environmental Protection Technology and DINGA. The guests shared the planning and preparation progress of All in Print China while enjoying the astronomical wonder - the blue blood moon!

The gala dinner was hosted by Mr. LI Xin, Deputy General Manager of Keyin Media. He extended his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests attending the event. He also briefly reviewed the progress made by AIP over the years with the great support from colleague friends.

Ms. WANG Yanbin, President of The Printing Technology Association of China firstly delivered a speech. On behalf of the organizers, she thanked all the guests for their continued support. President WANG pointed out that All in Print China has always been aiming at leading the development of the printing industry. She said that the organizers will team up with industry colleagues to establish an exchange and display platform to fully demonstrate the trends and innovations of the global printing industry.

Subsequently, Mr. CHU Tingliang, President of China Academy of Printing Technology, delivered a speech to thank everyone for their efforts in supporting the technological development of the printing industry. He said that as one of the sponsors and organizers of All in Print China, China Academy of Printing Technology will, as always, offer a premium platform for both exhibitors and visitors, and provide perfect supporting services for the exhibition.

After that, Mr. Axel Bartkus, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. He said Messe Düsseldorf has more than 100 channels and networks around the world. Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will make use of Messe Düsseldorf’s global resources, and work together with the mother company’s international portfolio of trade fairs for the printing and packaging Industries, especially drupa, to recruit international visitors, promote the exhibition internationally, and introduce more international exhibitors for showcase and exchanges, in order to make All in Print a leading international event for promoting international cooperation in the printing industry.

Ms. LIU Yi Ping, General Manager of the exhibition department of Keyin Media, and Ms. Evian Gu, Project Director of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., introduced innovative preparations including domestic and international exhibitor recruitment, visitor organization and global promotion for the 7th All in Print China.

Mr. WU Wenxiang, Honorary Chairman of The Printing Technology Association of China, also delivered a speech. He said that as one of the founders and witnesses of All in Print China, he has been concerned about the development of the exhibition. He is very pleased to see that All in Print China has become one of the printing exhibitions with great international influence.

From October 24 to 28, 2018, the 7th All in Print China will take place with the theme of “Enter the Era of Intelligent Printing”. The scale of the exhibition will be expanded again. 9 exhibition halls in Shanghai New International Expo Center will be used, covering an area of over 110,000 square meters. The exhibition expects in excess of 1,000 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors from all over the world. Up to now, 762 exhibitors have signed up for AlP 2018, covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters and over 70% of all booths has been booked. The plan for the exhibition has closely followed the printing industry trend with numerous innovations and highlights.

Classic Theme Pavilions and Innovative Theme Display Zones

AIP 2018 will set up seven classic thematic pavilions: pavilions for digital pre-press, comprehensive printing, post-press converting, packaging equipment, ink & innovative materials, label industry and comprehensive equipment. In the mean time, three special display zones are added: flexible packaging zone, corrugated carton zone, and inkjet equipment zone.

To present intelligent manufacturing and innovative S&T development in printing, the AIP organizers have planned three thematic display areas: “Innovation Factory” founded in 2016 which will gather web-to-print, green solution, AR/VR technology and 3D printing. A special innovative product zone is added in order to showcase innovative applications in the areas of label, digital printing, flexible packaging, inkjet and printing altogether, and show the greatest strength of applications in the printing industry. In addition to the Innovation Factory, Intelligent Factory and Customized Experience Pavilion thematic areas are specially designed to cover the whole industry chain, push forward implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and present deep integration of the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence into the printing industry. 

 

Upgraded Promotion Channels for the Exhibition and Exhibitors

Thanks to the AIP organizer’s quality resources and hard work, the promotion of AIP and exhibitors’ participation have been activated online and offline, within and outside of China. The organizing committee will make more efforts in such areas as exhibitor service, visitor organization, event communication and preparation for concurrent events, etc. It is expected that in the 10 months before the exhibition, the organizing committee will carry out extensive promotion by taking part in over 20 fairs and conferences, and exert all-round social influences through a full range of communicating channels like magazine column, E-news, mobile newspaper, WeChat, APP, report, show preview, etc. with the help from more than 60 domestic and foreign professional media and organizations.

In particular, the AIP organizers will apply the latest AR technology to make 3D display and promotion schemes, and enrich a full set of integrated solution of onsite demonstration + virtual exhibition on PC web + mobile match-making to be the first one to achieve a “never-ending” exhibition in the printing industry.

 

Integrate Global Resources and Establish Global Network to Present the World’s Largest Comprehensive Exhibition in 2018


As the world’s largest integrated printing exhibition in 2018, All in Print China will integrate the abundant resources of the three organizers. As a member of the World Print and Communication Forum, the Printing Technology Association of China will undertake this meeting in 2018 which will be concurrent with All in Print China, all attendees will explore the development of the global printing industry.

All in Print China has been sparing no effort in international promotion. On the basis of maintaining the original effective channels, the global media partners of AIP 2018 will increase by 32%, while its global association partners will increase by 22%. All in Print will rely on big data to accurately influence its core customers on all mainstream social platforms, join hands with Messe Düsseldorf’s global exhibitions, branches and agencies, and actively participate in important shows held by the whole industry around the world.
