From January to May 2023, the import and export trade volume and change of China's domestic printing products, printing equipment, and printing equipment to the global markets of various regions are, Asia 4.089 billion U.S. dollars (down 1% year-on-year), Europe 2.158 billion U.S. dollars (up 1% year-on-year), North America 1.913 billion U.S. dollars (down 17% year-on-year), Oceania 393 million U.S. dollars (up 22% year-on-year), Latin America 404 million U.S. dollars (up 19% year-on-year), Africa 344 million U.S. dollars (up 20%). During the same period, the distribution of the import and export trade of the three major categories of commodities in the major regional markets of the world was 44% in Asia, 23% in Europe, 21% in North America, 4% in Oceania, 4% in Latin America and 4% in Africa.

Since 2023, China's domestic printing industry import and export of the overall operation has been in a state of sluggish hovering. May imports stagnant, exports fell sharply to break the printing industry foreign trade above the situation of sluggish hovering, so that the overall operation of the downward trend.

Over the years, China's domestic printing industry import and export growth is mainly dependent on export growth support. Once the main export markets (Europe and North America) demand continues to be sluggish, the export growth of the Asian region has become a locomotive to pull the domestic printing industry export growth. the zero growth in exports to the Asian market from January to May gave the industry a heavy blow to the overall operation of foreign trade. During the same period, despite strong export growth in Oceania, Latin America and Africa, just three regional markets accounted for the domestic printing industry, the total value of exports is small, and its incremental increase is difficult to make up for the shrinkage of the main market.
