Shanghai, 23 October 2026 — All in Print China 2026 closed its five-day landmark show at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). This edition has delivered standout results and strong industry acclaim, with new records set for scale and international participation. The trade fair occupied more than 120,000 square meters across 10 exhibition halls and brought together more than 1,100 exhibitors from Germany, Japan, Italy, the UK, Switzerland, the US, the Netherlands, South Korea, India, the UAE and other countries. It attracted 180,870 visitors from 141 countries and regions—22.43% of whom were international—and recorded 220,820 total visits. Buyers arrived with clear sourcing goals, driving active business matchmaking and strong on-site trading momentum.

Co-organized by the Printing Technology Association of China, China Academy of Printing Technology and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, the show offered a comprehensive view of where the global printing and packaging industry stands today and where it is heading next, showcasing the industry’s confidence and momentum.

Mr. Wolfram Nikolaus Diener, President & CEO of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, reflected on the significance of this milestone edition: “This is the largest edition of All in Print China to date. Since its launch in 2003, All in Print China has grown alongside the printing industry. Today, China's printing industry is undergoing a profound transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent creation. The theme of this year's exhibition, ‘Intelligent Print, Infinite Creation’ is a strong response to this transformation.”

A Global Line-Up Spanning the Full Industry Chain

The breadth of exhibitor base underscored the scale of transformation underway in the printing industry. Leading international and domestic manufacturers gathered under one roof, including HEIDELBERG, BOBST, Canon, Epson, HP, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Durst, ESKO, SCREEN, Mimaki, RISO, Xeikon, Manroland Goss, Masterwork, Founder, JMD, Weigang, Luster, AMSKY, Cron, Lucky Huaguang, NST, JINBAO, ZENBO, Guangya and others, showcasing cutting-edge technologies advancing the industry.

More than 100 new product launches took place during the show, showcasing the latest innovations for global professionals. Among which, Founder, INKJ, Brotech, Weigang and other leading brands selected All in Print China as the stage for global product debuts, unveiling their latest products and technologies.

Global Delegations Convene in Shanghai and Ignite Dynamic On-Site Trade

Over five days, the show welcomed 51 overseas delegations from Poland, Brazil, Egypt, Bangladesh, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Türkiye, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Thailand, South Korea and other countries, alongside over 100 domestic visitor groups organized by associations and business organizations.

On October 13th, two dedicated Business Matchmaking Events brought together professional buyers from Hungary, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Egypt and Malaysia. The buyers primarily sourced bookbinding machines and print finishing equipment, die-cutting machines, laminating machines and other equipment. The events facilitated 108 on-site matching sessions, providing overseas buyers with face-to-face access to Chinese suppliers they rely on to expand their productive capacity.
