The XD-HS series piston pump hot melt glue machine covers three models: XD-HS3L, XD-HS5L and XD-HS10L. Adopting piston pump feeding structure, all units are equipped with PLC touch control system supporting both Chinese and English, rated power of 2.5kW, 3.5kW and 4.5kW respectively, with AC220V power supply and standard working air pressure ranging from 0.1MPa to 0.6MPa. The glue outlet quantity ranges from 2 ways up to 4 ways to match various production line layouts. All models support customized configuration of multi-channel glue guns, including zero-drip glue guns, rotary glue guns, spiral spray guns and scraping glue guns. Widely applied to carton, color box and high-end cosmetic packaging gluing processes.
